Fifi Bloom USA parcels are despatched via USPS priority trackable post service from our facility in Los Angeles USA.

Shipping costs are calculated by cubed weight, the cubed weight is automatically calculated through our checkout system.

Fifi Bloom will not compromise the safety of your purchases in transit, we will ensure your purchases are packaged with care.

Fifi Bloom advises orders should be made well ahead of their intended use time, however if an order is urgent let us know during the checkout process or via email.

Orders are despatched within 1 to 3 working days of payment receipt and delivery timeframes can be anywhere from 1 day to 7-10 days depending on your location.

Fifi Bloom will try the best of our ability to show or describe the true colour of our products, however please keep in mind your computers brightness & contrast settings will determine how the products appear on your monitor.

We are happy to exchange your items (veils, food items and items taken out of their packaging excluded) purchased if you change your mind within 7 days of delivery.
